Unless an item is backordered, we usually ship products out within 24-48 hours of receipt of order (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM CST, excluding holidays. We ship, UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day or UPS Overnight. You will have the choice upon checkout.

If we encounter any delays or problems processing your order, you will be notified within two business days. Once we have shipped your order, you should receive an email containing your UPS Tracking Number.  You can then go to UPS.com to track your order.
